SIPP Lining

IPP (Spray-In-Place Pipe) Lining

What Is SIPP Lining?

Spray-In-Place Pipe (SIPP) lining is an advanced trenchless pipe rehabilitation method that restores damaged or aging pipes from the inside—without the need for excavation.

Using specialized equipment, a high-strength epoxy or resin is sprayed evenly along the interior walls of an existing pipe. This creates a seamless, corrosion-resistant lining that effectively forms a new pipe within the old one.

How the Process Works

1. Inspection & Assessment

A camera inspection is performed to evaluate the condition of the pipe and identify problem areas.

2. Cleaning & Preparation

The pipe is thoroughly cleaned using hydro jetting or mechanical methods to remove debris, buildup, and corrosion.

3. Application of Lining

A specialized spray head applies multiple layers of epoxy or resin to the interior of the pipe.

4. Curing Process

The coating cures in place, forming a smooth, durable inner lining.

5. Final Inspection

A post-installation camera inspection ensures proper coverage and quality.
